So I promised a photo and here's one (better late than never) and look he's sleeping! Amazing! Hey - if he does more of this maybe I'll be able to do some work....

I ♥ drizzle......

...aaahhhh this funny old weather is reminding me of Yorkshire... so much so that today just for the hell of it I dragged the dog out for a two hour walk in the drizzle. Not sure he appreciated it but I get a perverse pleasure from being able to wear my raincoat so the opportunity couldn't be missed.

I also remembered just how much I love these weather prints from Mitchell and Dent. I really do love them. Don't you?

Lovely things............... crochet......

I've been trying to teach myself crochet but I'm not having a huge amount of success... lack of patience probably. Thanks to the fantastic Meet Me at Mikes I did whip up some of these heart shaped little dangly things which I used as gift tags on my Christmas presents, but I think I'm going to be leaving the rest to the experts.

Handmade Living Book

I got my hands on the pretty amazing Handmade Living book yesterday. Wow! It really is crammed full of a gazillion beautiful things and so many crafty tutorials that I really don't know where to start.

The book was put together by Tania McCartney so have a look here for a little preview of it's lovely pages. There's also a tutorial in the book by moi on how to do your very own lamp revamp.

Finders Keepers & Georgie Love

Woohoo! Just delivered a very large box of lovely lamps to the post office destined for the wonderful Georgie Love stall at The Finders Keepers Market in Melbourne. Wish I was going too!! It's on the 9th & 10th of October and I hope all you people lucky enough to live near Melbourne have an ace time at the market. I can only imagine the completely gorgeous products and artwork that'll be there.

In the meantime I'm moving house which means I've had to pack away my studio for the time being. Hope to be back in full production in a couple of weeks though. Yay!
